Define your assets

Up to 4 levels to define each asset with the deepest level of detail. A complex asset structure could require many levels (e.g. plants > machines > functional groups > components), but also a simple, one-level structure can be used (e.g. machines).

You can set many properties on each asset:

  • Macro-category, category, description, model name, manufacturer, OEM part number, serial number, PO part number, manufacturing date, item working hours (if applicable), etc.
  • File attachments typically used to store and share the relevant technical documentation (e.g. user/service manuals, diagrams, maintenance routines, etc.).
  • Define asset lineup and usage period on jobsites or plants.

Track the relevant events

Keep track of everything to perform the best maintenance practices with the best efficiency in technical interventions. Track every single activity, from ordinary daily inspections to extraordinary interventions, including safety concerns. Design your own maintenance checklists to guide your field technicians to effective, repeatable practices. Review the full maintenance history of every piece of equipment in a click.

On each event and related interventions you can define many properties:

  • Issue opening/closing date, operator's name, supervisor's name, event type (e.g. inspection, ordinary maintenance, substitution of relevant component, etc.), event severity rating (impact on asset's operativity), job site, AFE document number, work order, symptoms, causes, solutions, follow-up actions, etc.
  • Interventions performed to handle each event (e.g. cleaning, greasing, substitution, calibration, testing, assembling, etc.), operator's name, starting/ending date, duration, notes,
  • View all the managed issues by status (e.g. pending, solved, etc.) and severity (impact on asset's operativity).

Symptoms, causes, solutions archive with keyword tagging, to quickly solve known and/or frequent issues.

Knowledge-sharing

Knowledge-base articles archive with attachments and keyword tagging, to provide operative instructions.

Checklist-driven ops

Operation checklists archive with detailed activities definition (category, type, involved component, theoretical value, measurement unit, execution metrics and frequency, etc.) ensure proper, repeatable, trackable execution of the best maintenance practices for your assets.

QR codes tagging

The built-in QR code generator allows to print tags to be sticked to machines and/or components. By scanning the codes using a smartphone or a tablet it's possible to quickly recall all the relevant data (maintenance history, technical documentation, diagrams, etc.).
